Dr. Mark Wetzel is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He completed a fellowship in preventive cardiology at Saint Luke's Hospital. He earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed his residency at St. Luke's Health System. Dr. Wetzel's main interests include primary and secondary prevention of atherosclerotic disease by risk factor modification.
