Went in to pick some things up and was paying for them when the oaf named Ken behind the counter just randomly looks at me and says "I can't believe they are still trying to push that crap"....

Just got a new battery, and the manager, Robert, was especially helpful and patient. He helped find the right tools I needed to replace it, and even explained better how to install it.
