High Plains Retirement Village offers nursing facilities, senior housing and long-term care services to elderly people. It provides health care services to Kearny County residents and southwest Kansas. The center offers a variety of services, such as skilled nursing, physical therapy, diabetic teaching, home health aide, dressing changes and injections. In addition, High Plains Retirement Village offers restorative nursing, adult day, home health and respite care services. It has a staff of physicians, nurses, and speech, physical and occupational therapists. The center also offers a range of home and community-based services.
