I've passed by the "Memorial Arch" sign a billion times while visiting my dad at KU Medical for the last 6 months. I finally decided to stop for a visit and boy is it ever worth it! Gorgeous war...

Quick - name a WWI memorial with a cool view of downtown and is visible from I-35. You probably immediately thought of The Liberty Memorial. But guess what? The Rosedale Memorial Arch also fits...

Went here on a Saturday evening and it was perfect. No one was really there and my friend and I went to do some photo op. You can see downtown from here and it's definitely a beautiful memorial....
