History

I started out as a rough-in carpenter in 1976 and started my own business in 1981. During the next couple decades I built hundreds of homes, remodeled dozens of homes from kitchen and bath add ons to whole house demos and reconstruct. I was a building contractor for a few years and a decorative concrete artisan too. Today I have a crew of men that take care of all my handyman work while I focus my time on home inspections.

We also specialize in visual inspections of mechanical roof, structural, foundation, installation, siding, windows, plumbing, gutter, electrical, cabinets & appliances for realtors, home buyers and sellers.
