the customer service is horrible! one time I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting on someone to say something & there was no one there except for me. I went inside & there was one lady...

I ordered online and was given a pick up time of 20 minutes. We arrived 35 minutes later and they hadn't even started our order.

I waited in the i thru for 38 minutes only for them to constantly screw up and start again and when I finally got my food my sandwich is colds this isn't anything personal but it sucks

Clean and friendly service even though we came in just before closing. That's what makes subway the best. Consistency. Always glad I chose them.
