The First Apartments is a non-profit residence for adults, 62 and older. We also have a limited number of units for those under 62 that are 100% disabled. The building was constructed in 1968 in cooperation with the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Our facility consists of 118 units in a seven story building. The majority of the units are studio apartments. There are 24 one bedroom units, and 7 expanded units available for rent as well.
