A lovely Mexican husband and wife run the taqueria and provide a humble, authentic, warm ambiance. We got the birria tacos and honestly, they were the best birria I've ever had in my life.

We would drive to KC for grilled chicken at El Pollo Rey before we went to Taqueria el Coyote. This is much closer to home, moister and better tasting. Una Hoya escondida!
