Quesadillas was served without parchment paper causing quesadilla to get stuck to cardboard box and we didn't receive the side of banana either.

Basically $10 for a medium bowl and they gave me old blueberries... this was crazy! I keep holding out hope for this place but it just seems to be getting worse:/

I love Tropical Smoothie, but this is by far the worst location I've ever experienced. The workers are super inattentive. This time I went through the drive through because I was in a rush to eat...
