Food was hot but not made correctly. Drink refills were scarce. Manager did reduce ticket. Very few people eating at the time so I assume a staffing issue.

forgot to give me my food, didn't give us kids menus, had to ask for refills, no one checked on us. and it was dead like they weren't busy at all so idk why service was slow
