Prayer Ministry New Life Church's prayer team believes that to be a church where God is moving and is the core of who we are as a church, prayer must be a focus and the cornerstone of what we do. New Life has begun a SWIP Team which consist of prayer times during the Sunday school hour and prayer during the service by one of the members of the team. We are praying for the people that are in the service and the family, friends and community that are not in attendance. We also have an Alter Call Ministry that consist of one women and one man that come forward during the alter call and are available to pray with anyone that might come forward and ask for prayer. We have also been involved with a church wide prayer walk and specially called pray meetings. We believe we need to be a church that takes its direction from God and the best way to access what God wants for us is through pray.
