Overall I like the variety, quality and flavors of cookies. The staff don't welcome you in or acknowledge you except when calling your name with the order. Seems a little messy in the work area...

I walked in my local Crumbl at 6:02 and was told oh we closed at 6! while the employees were all hanging around talking and did not lock the door. I find this rude and unprofessional.
