Mobile order - never ready. Wrong doughnuts or very poor selection. Staff always make excuses about how busy they are

Disastrous drive through system. People get stuck in using just one lane, then the backup spills into the street. Other nearby locations more efficient.

Great to have a Dunkin so close, though I wish it had a walk-in/seating area & the drive through wasn't so cramped & stressful. Service was good, though. Save time & use their mobile app!
