Fazoli's

With more than 375 restaurants in dozens of states, no one serves Italian fast and fresh each day in the same way as Fazoli's. Founded in 1988 as Gratzi s in Lexington, Ky., Fazoli s Management has expanded into a chain of Fazoli s family restaurants that serve a variety of pasta, pizza, salads, sandwiches and original dishes with homemade tastes. It features the Smart Italian Choices menu, with more than 100 choices that are eight grams of fat or less. The menu includes Italian favorites like spaghetti and meatballs, fettuccine Alfredo, lasagna and ravioli, along with its signature Submarinos and Panini sandwiches. Guests receive unlimited breadsticks with purchase of any item. Fazoli s also provides catering services.
