Lucy C. Aldridge, D.O., is a pediatrician with Norton Children’s Medical Group. She earned her medical degree from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo, California, and completed her residency in pediatrics at University of Louisville Hospital. Dr. Aldridge loves working with kids because of their energy and enthusiasm, making it the “ultimate job” in her eyes. She focuses on preventive medicine to help children have the best start in life. As a hospitalist, she guides families through the often scary and unfamiliar experience of being in the hospital, with the goal of getting children healthy and back home where they belong. Originally from Maryland, just outside of Washington, D.C., Dr. Aldridge moved to Louisville to be near her husband’s family and experience a new part of the country. In her free time, she enjoys mountain biking, spending time with her corgi named Boba, reading and exercising.

Maria F. Nota, M.D., is a pediatrician with Norton Children’s Medical Group – Germantown, and also serves as a community medical director for the Institute for Health Equity, a Part of Norton Healthcare. Community medical directors provide direct outreach and participate in neighborhood educational health programs to address health and racial inequalities in underserved communities. Originally from Argentina, Dr. Nota earned her medical degree from the National University of Tucumán School of Medicine, Argentina, and completed her residency in pediatrics at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. Dr. Nota is fluent in English and Spanish. Her special interests include immigrant children’s health, care of children with special needs, and pediatric immunizations. She collaborates with local community-based organizations and Spanish media in programs that address the needs of the Hispanic community. Dr. Nota is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and holds membership in the National Hispanic Medical Association, under which she completed a leadership fellowship. She also serves on the board of the Louisville Metro Board of Health and co-chairs its immunization advisory committee, and co-chairs the Kentucky chapter of the AAP’s Immigrant Child Health Task Force.

Sheridan Langford, M.D. earned a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University and a medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, completing her pediatric residency at Norton Children's hospital. Dr. Langford, who was designated a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) in 2015, also holds memberships in the KY chapter of the AAP and the American Pediatric Program Directors (APPD) Global Health Learning Community. She an Assistant Professor at the University of Louisville, the Assistant Director of the Global Education Office at the School of Medicine, and Co-Director of Global Health Education for the University of Louisville pediatric residency program. Additionally she is a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and the Course Director of the Poverty, Social Justice and Children's Health elective for pediatric residents. Originally from Texas, Dr. Langford enjoys cooking and urban gardening with her husband and two children.
