Norman Hayden & Sons Dozer Service began in 1956, founded by the late Norman Hayden. For many years he provided customers in Daviess and surrounding counties with excavating services. In the mid-1970s, Jimmy and Phil Hayden began working with their father, providing excavation and oil field services. In 1993, Norman retired but remained an employee of the business until 2000. In 2006, Bradley Hayden, son of Phil, began working full time and became the third-generation Hayden to serve in the family business.
