Positive- location to Rupp. Negative- Checked in and the heater would not blow warm air. After getting engineering to take a look and fix it , the heater either had to be on 78 and make the room...

I chose this hotel because it was connected to Rupp Arena and we came to Lexington for a concert. The convenience of this location is well with it. They have self parking or valet parking options....

This place was disgusting: room 910 had mold, dirty handprints on headboard, stained sheets, bodily fluid on chairs, totally clogged shower, stained and ripped wall paper with tape holding it up....
