Dr. Shpilberg is a member of the American Association of Physician Specialists and the American Board of Urgent Care. He is board certified in family practice and urgent care medicine. A native of Louisville, Dr. Shpilberg enjoys bike riding, hiking and reading.

Gretchell is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has a background as a labor and delivery nurse specializing in women’s health. In her role, she focuses on women’s health and primary care, ensuring that every patient receives comprehensive and equal attention to their well-being. Gretchell has a particular interest in providing preventive care, especially to underserved populations. She takes pride in treating all her patients equally, considering every aspect of their health. Gretchell was born in Cuba and now calls Louisville home. In her free time, Gretchell loves cooking, hosting, and having people over. She also enjoys traveling with her family, hiking and trying out new restaurants.
