Jessica Finch, OD

Dr. Will Gibson, an Alabama native, received his doctorate from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry. He completed a 13-month ocular disease residency at Bennett & Bloom Eye Centers, focusing on managing glaucoma, dry eye disease, and retinal pathology. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Gibson has also provided comprehensive eye care on international trips to Panama and Belize.

Dr. Addy Adkisson joined Bennett & Bloom Eye Centers in 2024 as a resident optometrist to pursue post-doctoral training in ocular disease. A Savannah, Tennessee native, she earned her Bachelor of Science from Samford University and her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry, graduating summa cum laude. She completed clinical externships at the Ralph H. Johnson VAMC and Kapperman McGarvey Eye Group. Recognized for academic and clinical excellence, she is a member of multiple honor societies. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, tennis, and cheering on the Tennessee Vols.

Dr. Fraser McKay joined Bennett & Bloom Eye Centers as a consultative optometrist in 2016. Originally from Canada, he graduated with high academic honors from the Indiana University School of Optometry. Dr. McKay completed ocular disease internships at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, FL, and the Veterans Affairs clinic in Lexington, KY. He completed his 2-year post-doctoral education with Bennett & Bloom Eye Centers, training extensively in retinal diseases including diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, surgical co-management, and emergency eye care.
