Attended for Rock on the River. Was super busy and everyone was pretty drunk... the band was a nice touch and a decent atmosphere!!

If I could give 0 stars...I would. May 15 was the FIRST TIME I have visited Manhattan Harbour to eat. First... it's cash only. Second....the way you order food is weird. There is no wait staff...

If I could mark this place no stars I would. Hate hate HATE this marina. Poor management, bad communication and the rates have gone up while services go down. Disgusting bathrooms for the restaurant.
