Anthony Hazel, M.D. earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, Tucson, and a medical degree from the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Hazel completed an orthopaedic surgery residency at the Loyola University Medical Center, Maywood, Illinois, and a fellowship at the University of California, Irvine. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Hazel enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, and cooking.
