Recently remodeled, so ignore all the older "this was broken" reviews. Air conditioning was cold. Water was hot. Bathroom had all new fixtures. Easily exceeded my expectations.

The air didn't work. Fridge didn't work. There was a leak in the bathroom so there was water all in the floor. The faucets only had hot water. I wasn't able to get anything cold to drink because...
