The work was done as promised but because the thin tatted out blonde woman was so nasty and unfriendly, I had to downgrade the rating.

I request heavy starch and my sleeves to be creased and on my dress shirt only one of the sleeves ended up getting pressed! Who in the world does that? Not to mention the over all quality was abysmal.
