If you order on line and come through the drive through to pick up your food why are you waiting in line for 30 mins? To pick up your food? If someone who has not called ahead or placed an order...

The pizza was warm and it was over cooked. It needed more cheese. Also the chicken wings mostly was fat and they were drowned in sauce.
