Jefferson County Public Schools, located in Louisville, Ky., offers a variety of academic and extracurricular programs to students in grades kindergarten through 12. It provides educational services through its elementary, middle and high schools. The school district has an enrollment of more than 97,000 students in over 100 schools. Its curriculum includes language arts, fine and performing arts, reading, math, science, social studies, art and crafts, music, computers, accountancy, finance, chemistry, and health and physical education.
