History

Serenity Fitness Yoga & Reiki, LLC was opened on March 7th, 2020 - Just 10 days before a forced closure due to the pandemic. Since I had just retired after 25 years in the Army (that same month), I took this as a sign from the Universe it was time to sit down and take a break! I spent the next few months on the business plan, creating content, and confirming my passion to offer healing services to the community. The studio re-opened in June 2020 for reiki, then yoga classes shortly after, but at 1/2 capacity. Since then, I have been building momentum, adding classes, and seeing new faces every week. This is just the beginning as I'm adding more instructors and class diversity/ times as the studio evolves. Everyday is a new experience in business, the community, and most of all, the healing process. Come see how we've grown, how we've persevered.
