W.T. Young Storage Company, which rents warehouse and office space on either a short- or long-term basis, has space available for assembly and light manufacturing. With clear ceiling heights from 21 to 32 feet, the company's storage facilities are designed to maximize usable storage space and permit ready access to stored goods. W.T. Young has over 400 truck doors equipped with automatic dock boards and a large fleet of fork trucks with special material handling attachments, including paper roll clamps, pull-paks and rectangular carton clamps, that facilitate the loading and unloading of many types of product packages. All buildings are served by truck, while seven also serve rail. W.T. Young's warehouse space is protected by sprinklers, as well as automatic fire and security alarm systems. The company's full range of special and custom services include computerized inventory management with perpetual maintenance of inventory records, outgoing order assembly, stock rotation, re-packaging, merchandise inspection, and product testing and case stencilling. W.T. Young can perform product assembly, if required.
