he held my pc for longer than he said it would take. He said he fixed any issues it had, but when i took it home, it didn't work. Cost $200 dollars

Personally, I would not recommend. I took my iMac there due to a software issue that occurred because of a power surge. It should've been a simple software reinstall with a hard drive back up....
