Only waited less than 5 minutes although place had long line . 3 workers who all were very diligent with the packages and did exactly what I asked !! Very nice !!

Customer service is abhorrent. The workers would rather make snide comments than be helpful. The only thing worse than these employees are FedEx drivers but it's close.

They charge a $2.10 email fee on top of a ¢20 copy fee just to print a new label. How insane is that. Like just charge for the copy. I'm not broke but this is just an outright stupid fee. My old...
