Rachel F. Bass, APRN, is a nurse practitioner with Norton Community Medical Associates – Mid City Mall. She earned her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing. Rachel focuses on preventive medicine, managing chronic diseases, addressing acute issues and conducting physical exams.
