Didn't change oil filter. They are complete crooks. Took back to them and they said it was new. Wish I knew how to post pics to prove its not knew.

Expect the "ten min" oil change to be more like an hour. Very slow. only three people there and they try to do all three cars at once instead of finishing one at a time.
