About MMHA Founded in 1992, Metro Multifamily Housing Association ( MMHA ) proudly represents residential property-managers and vendors throughout Portland, Southern Washington, and down through the Willamette Valley to Medford. Our members manage over 150, 000 units in these areas and represent every service related to the industry. MMHA is committed to promoting a high-degree of professionalism for rental housing providers. We sponsor educational courses, deliver the most comprehensively reviewed set of forms in the state, and advocate to local and state governments on behalf of the industry to ensure our members the best operating environment possible. As a member-driven association, with nearly a dozen committees composed of members and staff, MMHA develops and executes programs and activities that serve members and non-members alike. From our yearly conference and trade-show, to our continually reviewed set of rental forms, the association strives to equip residential property-managers with the knowledge and skills necessary to keep them successful.
