The Association of Village Council Presidents (AVCP) has been a nonprofit tribal consortium since 1964, dedicated to enhancing sovereignty, self-sufficiency, and the cultural heritage of the tribes in the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta region of Alaska. AVCP serves 56 federally recognized tribes, providing resources in areas such as public safety, community development, education, and family support.

The organization operates the Yupiit Piciryarait Museum, which features exhibitions that showcase local cultural heritage, and oversees the Tiwahe Initiative, promoting wellness and traditional practices.
