Acadiana Area Human Services District

The Acadiana Area Human Services District (AAHSD) is dedicated to promoting the independence, respect, and inclusion of all citizens within its service areas. Established by the Louisiana State Legislature, AAHSD provides management and operation of behavioral health, addictive disorders, mental health, and developmental disabilities services across several parishes, including Acadia, Evangeline, Iberia, Lafayette, St. Landry, St. Martin, and Vermilion.
