As far as the ATM goes, it's a pretty decent experience. It worked just fine, had ample parking was located in a good, accessible location.

Customer service is USELESS! Capital one has NO respect for customers. They have closed almost all of the branches. Capital One ATM malfunctioned on a Friday and kept my debit card. Only...
