I just tried the rice and beans, New Orleans staple, and how disappointing. They are hard, under cooked, maybe from a can? Nuff said:( but he is friendly and that is important as well :)

I am delighted this food truck has posted up near my house. I walked over today and picked up a refreshing iced coffee. Can't wait to try some of the food. Looks awesome.

Had the crawfish grits and crawfish mac and cheese. Probably the best food we've had in New Orleans if you can believe it. Check it out if you see it, you'll be very thankful you did!
