The whole idea of the Fat Spoon Cafe' concept is to do things a little differently than many others in the café business. Our food and atmosphere is unique, but familiar to Southern Louisiana. We pride ourselves on using homemade ingredients like corned beef and roast pork which form the basis of our signature spins on the Reuben and Cuban sandwiches as well as a Cochon de Lait po-boy.
