I'm not sure why this place has 3-stars but it seems like a winner to me. This place is across the street from the convention center and close to downtown NOLA. Came here to print out a few things...

I visited the store earlier this week and the staff was fabulous!! My complaint is that the store is completely closed today (Sunday). It is directly across the street from the convention center...

I have been coming to this Fedex and it has been a hit or miss, a couple years ago... from customer service to their older machines that couldn't do certain print jobs that other Fedex's could....

I had a great experience at this store. Everyone was friendly, ready to help, and patient while I explained a complicated print job. Quick turn around too.
