Every single thing we have tried from here has been fabulous. The pepperjack boudin balls are Ah-Mazing. We tried the soups over the winter and they were all wonderful. Super quick dinner to boot!...

The best pepper jack stuffed boudin balls! Also love the boudin egg rolls and chicken cracklings. We drive from Metairie regularly just to stop here! Service is always great too!

Boudin Balls are BEST IVE TASTED!! Perfectly coated and seasoned. Not too much breading like other's I've had. The spicy kick is just right.

Best when it's fresh out of the grease. The boudin is not double battered nor is the rice gummy or thick.
