Went back to see if had improved. Wrong it was worst. Started of with plastic utilities. Watered down and cold coffee, toast hard as a rock , asked to replace, same problem old toast, eggs...

Worst EVERYTHING! And I didn't even sit down.. I am at the IHOP on Manhattan. It's 9:42a (2) ppl are at a table looking pissed. The cooks and a waitress are talking loud about the date they had...
