We are i. Town from Birmingham Alabama never heard of Jack in the Box so we stopped by on the 4th of July only the drive thru was open! So we came back July 5th so that we could dine-in! So happy...

The manager was more worry about her "time going up" than serving my food correctly I have to go around again and order the combo I was missing! And Also they don't know how to say "you're welcome"

after eating the smashed burger here I Felt queezy eww IDK what's going in but I usually have a great food tolerance so something at this location siegen lane& is off. And it also didn't help...

waited 10 mins at 2:30am for help, got a hi sir how can I help you then nothing. I left, the guy behind me pulled up and he wasn't helped either, waited another 5 mins and no answer. Terrible service
