The nice lady named gabby in there needs a raise. She was very very helpful and thrives at customer service. She also made my sandwich and it was amazing.

In this type genre, I am not a real fan of Jimmy John's----I think they are expensive for what you get and I am not a fan of their bread---on the other hand, I believe they do well in what they do...

Freakishly slow service. No fountain machine, charged us for cups and didn't offer any other drink choice. Only one girl working and it was like ordering at a regular restaurant. Poor job guys!
