I have only had a storage unit since September of 2024 and it's now June 2025. I've had two rent increases and it hasn't been a year. It's started at $129 and has now reached $192. So, infuriating.

Hours as others have stated are not honored. When you call them they say, "we are open there is just no one there". Poor customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Hours are not honored and the door information says open 9am to 6 mon thru set yet the door is locked. And just after two maintenance men went in. Taking my business elsewhere.
