I ordered the chicken sandwich and upon receiving it, I immediately noticed the hair hanging off of the chicken that was sticking out of the sandwich.. and I brought it back straight to the staff...

The service was fine, but a Ruben with almost no sauerkraut is not a Ruben. And that's what I got stuck with.
