Dr. John W. Alldredge is an ENT specialist and the only fellowship-trained Sinus Specialist in Acadiana, practicing at Acadiana Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in Lafayette. He sub-specializes in sinonasal disorders, including chronic rhinosinusitis, and is an expert in advanced endoscopic sinus surgeries. Dr. Alldredge is board certified and has authored several publications. Raised in Lafayette, he earned his B.S. in Biology from the University of Alabama, attended LSU School of Medicine-New Orleans, and completed his residency at UNC-Chapel Hill. He further specialized with a fellowship in Rhinology and Sinus Surgery at the Sinus and Nasal Institute of Florida.

Dr. Durel is an Otolaryngologist specializing in treating head and neck conditions, with a focus on allergic diseases and sinonasal disorders. He became a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy after additional training. A Lafayette native, he began his private practice there in 2012. He holds a B.S. in Biology from Millsaps College and completed his medical education and residency at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. Dr. Durel also serves as Chief of Surgery at Oil Center Surgical Plaza and is a clinical instructor at LSUHSC-New Orleans.
