In my opinion, the best Boudin on the road. I stopped at the Flying J in Orange, TX. One of the servers at the takeout bar said their boudin was just as good. She was so wrong. Not even close....

Boudin is edible but lacks flavor. The spicy is not spicy at all and rice was hard. The smoke doesn't have much smoke flavor but didn't mind it as at least it had taste. The mild was tasteless....
