I have to say the quality of the pizza was superior to our Pizza Hut in Kansas city MO, but the customer service was severely lacking

Pizza was good. Service was terrible and it was expensive. Workers appeared to just ignore you. Waited 15 minutes for a menu and got it only after I walked to the register and requested it. I will...

Awful. Frequently wait 15 minutes to even be noticed. Rarely offered napkins or silverware and have to ask for it. Food is good when you finally get it though.
