It seems there is now a $125 fee (or $175) added. They require you to sign a form saying you will pay it, at the time of the appointment, even though my exam is 100% covered by my insurance....

Today August 21,2023 will be the last day I step foot in Premier Eyecare & Optical. Dr. Thai is great but there is a specific lady I just had an incounter who single handly lost you 2 patients....
