Great environment to workout. Owner JD has recently reorganized the weights and it's awesome. Very clean. Always friendly staff. I also get my healthy prepped meals here. Delicious.

Has everything I need to workout and incredibly friendly staff and people. Open 24/7 so I can work out early in the mornings or late at night. Clean gym and delicious meals.

I do not recommend the 16 week fitness challenge promotion. The club does not live up to their end of the agreement and they just want your money.

A place where you can get fit... anytime! Super clean, super friendly environment, enough space to do any workout, and definitely a safe environment!! I've been apart of 3 gyms... this is easily...
