went on Saturday, one employee working took almost 2 hours to see someone to switch out a modem. Then the dude was trying to sell me a cell phone, get outta here!

Not enough help over the lunch hour. Need stools for customers to sit while being waited on. Maybe even for the workers. It seems a long time to complete the computer work. I entered at 11:45...
